Create a DHL label ↗Registered: insured up to €500. For a higher demonstrable value, PostNL may offer insured shipping up to €5,500; keep proof of purchase and value.
Create a PostNL label ↗Confirm the product, condition, price, delivery address and who pays shipping in the Wholero conversation.
Use tracking. For a rare or valuable part, choose registered or insured shipping and read the exclusions.
Photograph the product and packaging before shipping. Use a sturdy box, padding and protection for plugs, glass and protruding parts.

Wholero now has accounts and secure conversations. The next step is a confirmed-deal state, secure address sharing and then one carrier integration for exact pricing, labels and tracking. Until then, the carrier remains the contracting party for the label and insurance.
